It's the perfect way to refresh your space and embrace the spirit of the season!

How does it work?

The Season House Box is delivered quarterly, with each box featuring a curated selection of home décor and lifestyle items inspired by the upcoming season. Simply subscribe, and we’ll take care of the rest!

Here’s how it works:

  1. Subscribe – Sign up for the quarterly subscription to secure your box.
  2. Get Excited – We’ll reveal sneak peeks of the items leading up to the shipping date.
  3. Enjoy Your Box – Your box will arrive at your doorstep, filled with seasonal items to refresh your home and lifestyle.

How often will I get a box?

You will receive a Season House Box four times a year, one for each season: Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter. Each box is thoughtfully curated and shipped out in time for you to enjoy it at the start of the new season!

What is a cut-off period?

The cut-off period is the final date to order the current Season House Box. We accept orders right up until the shipping date, as long as boxes are still available. Once the box ships, it will no longer be available for purchase, so don’t wait too long to secure yours!

Is shipping included?

Yes, shipping is included in the price of the Season House Box! There are no additional shipping fees, so the price you see is the total cost for your box to be delivered straight to your door. Our deepest apologies but shipping is limited to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses at this time. 

What's in the box?

Each Season House Box includes a curated selection of high-quality items inspired by the season. You can expect a mix of stylish home décor and lifestyle products, such as candles, accessories, entertaining pieces, or personal care items.

While not every item is sourced from a small business or artisan, we strive to include unique finds from small shops when possible. Each box is designed to refresh your home and bring the essence of the season into your life!

Each Season House Box is thoughtfully curated to reflect the unique charm of the upcoming season. Every quarter, we announce a seasonal theme that inspires the selection of items in the box.

The contents will vary to include a mix of home décor and lifestyle items, such as:

  • Spring: Fresh and airy accents to refresh your space.
  • Summer: Bright and cheerful pieces for warm weather living.
  • Fall: Cozy and inviting items for seasonal nesting.
  • Winter: Elegant and festive touches for the holidays and beyond.

The seasonal theme ensures each box feels special and helps you embrace the spirit of the season!

Is there a contract?

No, there is no contract! Subscriptions are flexible and renew automatically each quarter. If you decide to pause or cancel your subscription, simply do so before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next box. We’re here to make your experience as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible!

When will I be charged?

You will be charged on the following renewal dates, depending on the season:

  • Spring Box: January 25 (ships by February 15)
  • Summer Box: April 25 (ships by May 15)
  • Fall Box: July 25 (ships by August 15)
  • Winter Box: October 25 (ships by November 15)

These dates ensure your box is reserved and shipped in time for you to enjoy it before the new season begins. We’ll send you a reminder email before your renewal date!

Can I skip a box?

Yes! If you’d like to skip a box for any season, simply log in to your account and manage your subscription before the renewal date. This allows you to pause your subscription for that season without canceling entirely.

How do I cancel or unsubscribe?

Although we’d hate to see you go, you can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your account.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Log in to your account portal.
  2. Navigate to the subscription settings to make changes or cancel.
  3. Make sure to cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next box.

If you cancel after the renewal date, your cancellation will apply to the following season’s box. We’d love to have you back anytime if you change your mind!

How do I update my payment, address, or other information?

To update your payment information, follow these steps:

  1. Log In: Access your account portal.
  2. Go to Account Details: Navigate to the account details section.
  3. Choose Your Subscription: Select the subscription you want to update.
  4. Update Information: Enter your new payment information or address and save your changes.

This ensures your subscription stays active without interruptions!

What if I don't like the items in my box?

We strive to curate each box with a variety of items to bring joy and complement the season. However, we understand tastes can vary.

If an item isn’t quite your style, consider gifting it to a friend or loved one—it could make their day! At this time, we don’t offer returns or exchanges for individual items or boxes.

Your feedback is important to us, so feel free to share your thoughts. It helps us improve future boxes to better suit your preferences!

Does Season House represent the brands in the box?

While we carefully curate each box with a mix of high-quality items, Season House does not officially represent or partner with all the brands included. When possible, we love featuring products from small businesses or artisans, but the items are chosen based on their alignment with the seasonal theme and overall quality.

What do I do if something arrives damaged?

If an item in your box arrives damaged, we’re here to help! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your box with the following:

  1. A photo of the damaged item.
  2. Your order details.

We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly, whether that means replacing the damaged item or finding another solution. Your satisfaction is our priority!

How can I get my products featured in your box?

We’re always excited to discover new products that align with the Season House Box’s seasonal and lifestyle focus! If you’re interested in having your items featured, please reach out to us via email with the following details:

  • A brief description of your product(s).
  • Photos or a catalog showcasing your items.
  • Information about your business, including whether you’re a small business or artisan.
